Shipping Policy

Every Rosita’s Design Adventures order is prepared and packaged with care.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rate

A flat shipping rate of $5.00 is charged per order at checkout.

Processing and Shipping Schedule

Orders are prepared throughout the week and shipped weekly on Saturdays.

Depending on when an order is placed and when preparation is completed, it may ship on the upcoming Saturday or the following Saturday.

Dedicated Hardcover editions are personalized individually and may require the full preparation period before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please allow up to 14 days from the date of your order for delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order has shipped.

Customers may also view available tracking information through their Shopify order-status page or the Shop app.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately at shop@rositasdesignadventures.com if an address correction is needed.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage required to resend the order.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Although we cannot control carrier delays, we will assist customers with locating delayed or potentially missing packages.

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or if you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at shop@rositasdesignadventures.com with your order number.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, please first:

  • Check with other members of the household

  • Check around the delivery location

  • Ask nearby neighbors

  • Contact the local postal carrier or post office

If the package still cannot be found, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the book and packaging.

Digital Coloring Page

The complimentary printable coloring page is a digital item and is not physically shipped.

Instructions for accessing the coloring page are included in the order-confirmation email.
